The Community Housing Support service is a specialist homelessness prevention service supporting people with mental health issues to secure and maintain their tenancy, ensuring they continue to live independently.

We support people with social or private landlord tenancies, home owners, or people moving into starter tenancies from supported accommodation.

We work with people on a one-to-one basis, concentrating on individual needs towards agreed goals.

Our service can offer you support if you are at risk of losing your tenancy or independence as a result of poor mental health. This may be due to, for example, poor financial management, rent arrears, anti-social behaviours, hoarding or self-neglect or difficult relationships with neighbours.

If you are currently accessing any of the RF Wiltshire services you can request access to our private Facebook group by contacting us on the email below, or sending us a message on Facebook.
